{"id":7748,"date":"2026-01-21T09:23:33","date_gmt":"2026-01-21T08:23:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/?p=7748"},"modified":"2026-01-21T09:23:33","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T08:23:33","slug":"forum-uimm-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/index.php\/2026\/01\/21\/forum-uimm-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"FORUM UIMM 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>Immersion grandeur nature dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 industrielle<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Le jeudi 20 novembre 2025, l\u2019IUT de Colmar a accueilli un \u00e9v\u00e9nement exceptionnel pour ses \u00e9tudiants en Hygi\u00e8ne, S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et Environnement (HSE) : <strong>la simulation d\u2019un accident industriel grandeur nature<\/strong>, organis\u00e9e en partenariat avec l\u2019Union des Industries et M\u00e9tiers de la M\u00e9tallurgie (UIMM) Alsace. Cette journ\u00e9e immersive, pr\u00e9par\u00e9e pendant neuf mois, a permis aux \u00e9tudiants de vivre une exp\u00e9rience concr\u00e8te, proche des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain, et de comprendre le r\u00f4le crucial des <strong>pr\u00e9venteurs<\/strong> dans la gestion de crise.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7749 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01745-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"631\" height=\"356\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01745-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01745-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01745-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01745-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01745-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 631px) 100vw, 631px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Une simulation r\u00e9aliste pour se pr\u00e9parer aux situations d\u2019urgence<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La mise en situation s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans une entreprise fictive, <strong>E-Power Automotive<\/strong>, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la production automobile. Le sc\u00e9nario : un technicien de maintenance est \u00e9cras\u00e9 par une presse de 200 tonnes lors d\u2019une intervention sur une t\u00f4le coinc\u00e9e. Environ <strong>80 \u00e9tudiants<\/strong> du BUT HSE de l\u2019IUT de Colmar et du Master Risques et Environnement de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Haute-Alsace ont \u00e9t\u00e9 encadr\u00e9s par <strong>une vingtaine de professionnels de l\u2019UIMM Alsace<\/strong> et une douzaine d\u2019enseignants.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7752 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01726-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"617\" height=\"348\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01726-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01726-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01726-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01726-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.iutcolmar.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DSC01726-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 617px) 100vw, 617px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Leur mission : g\u00e9rer l\u2019urgence, analyser l\u2019accident et proposer un plan d\u2019action complet. Cette simulation permet aux \u00e9tudiants de mettre en pratique leurs connaissances, tout en d\u00e9veloppant des comp\u00e9tences essentielles : <strong>communication, coordination et prise de d\u00e9cision en situation critique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un programme complet, entre action et r\u00e9flexion<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 rythm\u00e9e par plusieurs temps forts :<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9couverte de l\u2019accident et enqu\u00eate<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les \u00e9tudiants prennent connaissance du sc\u00e9nario et r\u00e9alisent l\u2019arbre des causes. Ils se r\u00e9partissent ensuite les missions : gestion de l\u2019urgence, analyse de l\u2019accident, plan d\u2019action, communication interne et externe. Les professionnels jouent diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les (directeur, technicien, journaliste), rendant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9aliste et interactive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse et guidage<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les \u00e9tudiants poursuivent leur enqu\u00eate avec le retour des professionnels. Ensemble, ils identifient les causes de l\u2019accident et proposent des solutions adapt\u00e9es, combinant <strong>th\u00e9orie et pratique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9union de crise et restitution<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les \u00e9tudiants pr\u00e9sentent leurs conclusions et leur plan d\u2019action face aux professionnels et enseignants jouant la direction. Les retours constructifs permettent de renforcer leur compr\u00e9hension du r\u00f4le des pr\u00e9venteurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et \u00e9changes<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les professionnels partagent leur exp\u00e9rience et leurs conseils pratiques. Les \u00e9tudiants b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un moment d\u2019\u00e9changes libres, propice au <strong>r\u00e9seautage et au partage d\u2019exp\u00e9rience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Une exp\u00e9rience formatrice et enrichissante<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cette journ\u00e9e a permis aux \u00e9tudiants de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9agir efficacement en situation d\u2019urgence<\/li>\n<li>Communiquer avec diff\u00e9rents acteurs internes et externes<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9laborer un plan d\u2019action structur\u00e9 et r\u00e9aliste<\/li>\n<li>Comprendre le r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique des professionnels HSE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour les professionnels, c\u2019est aussi l\u2019occasion de <strong>transmettre leur savoir-faire<\/strong>, pr\u00e9senter les
